Last night I found out that a friend of mine passed away from a massive heart attack at age 51. He was a big guy so I imagine he didn’t eat very well or get much exercise.
The travesty of it all is he was a great person. He would do anything for anyone and it really has made me look at my life and realize I have a lot to be thankful for. My family, my life, my job, my health and I need to treasure every moment I have and learn to complain less. I am really disturbed that I would sometimes even complain about him as annoying but he was doing his best to take care of his family and to help others along the way. Do I do that? Would people say the same about me? What should I change in my life so that I can make a difference in another person’s life for physical or emotional health? I need to think positively as well to bring about positive energy to me and my family. This is a new resolution for 2011.

I just started reading the book, “One Month to Live.” It seems like it would help support your goal.
